On Saturday, February 27th and Sunday, February 28th 2016, we will be holding the “pixiv Illustrator Yearbook Exhibition” at the old Toshima Ward Office in Ikebukuro, Tokyo. This exhibition will display artwork from the “pixiv Illustrator Yearbook 2016” which was released on January 12th 2016.

This exhibition is a part of the “TOSHIMA Art/Culture Scene” event, and over 200 artwork from the pixiv Yearbook will decorate the old Toshima Ward Office, which is closing down at the end of March 2016.
The 4th floor will be displaying works created by the young artists from the Tokyo University of the Arts and Musashino Art University. The 2nd and 3rd floor will be holding a cosplay event with the full support from acosta!, who regularly hold cosplay events at Ikebukuro.

There will be interactive events provided as well, such as having a wall which anyone can draw on, and on Saturday, February 27th there will be an event with pixiv’s own idol group “Niji no Conquistador”.
pixiv’s own energy drink, “pixiv dorado” will also be distributed at the venue.

“TOSHIMA Art/Culture Scene” will be providing exciting events and exhibitions over these 2 days, and bring life back to the old Toshima Ward Office.
