As of July 6th, 2023, the display method for muted works on the search results page has been updated on the mobile and desktop versions of pixiv.


Until now, if you muted a tag or the works of a certain creator, those works would continue to appear in your search results but with a blank thumbnail.
With this new update, even the blank thumbnail will not appear.
As a result, if any muted works are hits in your search results, there will be fewer works displayed on the corresponding page.
*The blank thumbnail will continue to appear as usual on pages other than the search results pages, such as profile pages.
*This display method for muted works has already been implemented on the app version of pixiv.
