Contest terms
・Results
The results of this contest will be unveiled on pixiv and announced by pixiv and CD PROJEKT RED. The winning works and the creators' pixiv nicknames may be posted on pixiv and on CD PROJEKT RED’s official social media accounts, including Facebook and Twitter, and websites.
The results will not be communicated to contestants individually.
・Overseas contestants
(1) Contestants from outside of Japan are welcome to participate. Please make sure to read the Application Guidelines.
・About eligibility for selection
Any entries (including and not limited to the entry's title, caption, tags, nicknames, etc.) that fall under any of the conditions outlined below will be considered ineligible for selection. Works that are ineligible for selection may be removed from any page related to the contest at the discretion of the Host. Furthermore, if a work is found to fall under any of the conditions outlined below after the contest has ended, the award may be revoked and prizes may be returned.
① Entries that do not follow the posting procedure and conditions outlined in "How to participate"
(The following are select examples and do not represent the complete scope of these conditions)
・The entry was determined by the Host to not be related to the theme.
・The entry didn't have its contest tags set.
・The entry was set to Private or My pixiv in the privacy settings.
・The entry falls under the viewing restrictions of R-18 or R-18G.
・The entry was posted or edited after the posting deadline (including minor edits such as typos, captions, etc.)
・The entry was created by a team or a company.
・The entry was posted by a creator under the age of consent with the permission of their guardian.
② Entries that fall under Article 14 of the Terms of Use Prohibited Conduct
(The following are select examples and do not represent the complete scope of these conditions)
・The entry may infringe upon the intellectual property rights, (as defined in the Terms of Use, Article 21 Subsection 1), or any other rights of the Host or a third party.
・ The entry contains obscenity, torture, discrimination, and other elements that are potentially offensive.
・The entry may infringe on the property or privacy rights of the Host or a third party.
・The entry slanders, defames, unjustly discriminates against, or promotes the unjust discrimination of the Host or a third party.
・The entry violates public order and morals.
・The entry is determined to fall under any other item in Article 14 of the Terms of Use.
*As laid out in Article 15 of the Terms of Use, "Responses to Violation", the Host will take the stated measures against works that would be covered by ② regardless of whether or not they are entries of this contest.
③ Other
・The same entry was posted multiple times
・The entry was created through the Requests feature on pixiv or commissioned in any other way by a third party (Including Request Rewards)
・The entry was posted in another contest, is intended to be sold, or is already being sold.
・The entry violates the submission guidelines.
・If the Host contacts you, and you do not respond in the time given.
・The entry is determined by the Host not to be suitable as an entry.
・The entry using AI-generated images and text, in whole or in part.
・Ownership rights
The copyright of entries (limited to those parts newly created by the creator and excluding anything that the original copyright holder had already created) belongs to the creator.
・Handling of information
The Host will use the contestant's information solely for the purpose of communicating with the contestants about the contest and during the selection process.
The personal information gathered to ship out the prize will be deleted after the prize has been sent out. For details about how pixiv handles personal information, please look at pixiv's Privacy Policy. (https://policies.pixiv.net/#privacy)
Please keep in mind that some personal information may be disclosed to the Host in order to ship the prizes.
Disclaimers
(1) Contestants assume responsibility for their own entries.
(2) The Host will not be responsible for any disputes that may happen between the contestants and other individuals, regardless of the reason.
(3) The Host reserves the right to suspend or terminate the contest if they deem it necessary for any reason, including system maintenance.
(4) The Host will not be liable for any damages incurred by the contestants, including but not limited to contest interruption, suspension, or cancellation.
(5) The Host will be not responsible for any direct damages caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence caused during the contest period, regardless of immunity.
(6) The Host shall not be liable for any expenses incurred by the contestants in participating in the contest.

(2) Please include your email address, nickname, inquiry, and the subject “About the Cyberpunk Contest" before submitting your support request.
(3) Replies will not be given to any phone calls regarding support issues.
Governing law and jurisdiction
The contest and its terms shall be governed by Japanese law. Furthermore, the Tokyo District Court shall be the mutually-agreed court for any proceedings, with jurisdiction for the preliminary trial in the case of any disputes over contest terms or matters between the Host and the contestants.
