Contest Terms
・Entries from overseas
(1) Participants residing outside of Japan can also enter. Please agree to the terms and conditions before entering.

・Ineligible entries
Works which fall under the categories below (including but not limited to work titles, captions, tags, and nicknames) are ineligible for this campaign. pixiv will determine which works are ineligible and may remove such works from the campaign pages.

① Works which do not fit the entry requirements
(Listed below are merely examples, but not an exhaustive list.)
・Works that do not match the theme of the campaign
・Works without the entry tag attached
・Works with the privacy settings “My pixiv”, “Private”, or "URL restricted"
・Works set to age restrictions R18 or R-18G
・Works that are reposts of a previous illustration or not submitted within the time frame of the contest
・Works submitted by underage users without a guardian's consent
・Works that were not first posts on pixiv

② Works which fall under any item in the Terms of Use, "Article 14: Prohibited Conduct"
(Listed below are merely examples, but not an exhaustive list.)
・Works that violate the ownership rights of pixiv Inc., pixiv users, and other third parties; as well as intellectual property rights, including copyright, privilege, trust, and other privacy rights
・Works that contain obscenity, torture, discrimination, explicit sexual themes, and other elements that are potentially offensive
・Works that infringe or are likely to infringe on the property, privacy, or rights to likeness of the Company or third parties
・Works that engage in inappropriate discrimination against or malicious slander of the Company or a third party, abet inappropriate discrimination against a third party, or harm the honor or reputation of a third party
・Works that violate public order and morals
・Works that are found to fall under any other item in the Terms of Use, Article 14

* All works which fall under Article 14 detailed above may be subject to measures as set forth in the Terms of Use Article 15, "Responses to Violation etc. and Cancellation of Registration", regardless of whether such works are submitted as entries to this campaign.

③ Others
・Works that were requested by a third party or created using the pixiv Request feature (including Request Rewards)
・Any works based on existing work/goods, works/goods scheduled to be released, works/goods that have already been submitted for other contests, or works/goods that have already won other contests
・Works in violation of the application guidelines
・Works that pixiv Inc. finds disagreeable for any reason will be disqualified.

・Copyrights
Participants own all rights to their artwork/creations.

・Information handling
pixiv Inc. will use the information posted for this campaign solely for the purpose of communicating with the participants during the campaign process. pixiv Inc. will protect individuals’ information according to their privacy policy. For details, check the pixiv Privacy Policy below.

Disclaimers
(1) Participants assume responsibility for their own submissions.
(2) pixiv Inc. will not be responsible for any disputes that may happen between the participants and other users, regardless of the reason.
(3) pixiv Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate the campaign in the event pixiv Inc. deems it necessary for any reason, including system maintenance.
(4) pixiv Inc. will not be liable for any damages incurred by the participants, including but not limited to campaign interruption, suspension, or cancellation.
(5) pixiv Inc. will not be responsible for any direct damages due to willful misconduct or gross negligence caused during the campaign period, regardless of immunity, as determined by the Application Guidelines and disclaimers.
(6) pixiv Inc. will not be responsible for any charges participants may incur during the submission of their entry.
(7) This campaign may be terminated without notice once all available prizes have been claimed.

(3) Replies will not be given to any phone calls regarding support issues.
(4) Replies will not be given to any questions regarding the availability of rewards.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The contest and its terms shall be governed by Japanese law. Furthermore, the Tokyo District Court shall be the mutually-agreed court for any proceedings, with jurisdiction for the preliminary trial in the case of any disputes over contest terms or matters between the Company and the contestants.
