○ Contest Terms
Your submission will serve as an acceptance of the terms outlined throughout this entire document. Please be sure you have read them before submitting your entry.
Contestants must comply with pixiv's Terms of Use (https://policies.pixiv.net/) before participating.

(1) If your entry, including your nickname, the caption, etc. falls into the statements below, you will be disqualified from the selection process. Moreover, in the event that the Sponsor deems a contestant's contribution to be malicious, the relevant entry will be removed from the Contest page without prior notice, and the contestant's participation in the Contest may be invalidated.
・Works not matching the theme of the contest.
・Works without the contest tag attached.
・Works with a privacy level of "My pixiv" or "Private".
・Works that are not submitted within the time frame of the contest.
・Works that violate the ownership rights of the Sponsor, pixiv Inc, pixiv users, and other third parties; as well as intellectual property rights, including copyright, privilege, trust, and other privacy rights.
・Works that contain obscenity, torture, discrimination, explicit sexual themes, and other elements that are potentially offensive.
・Works that violate public order and morals.
・Any works that have already been commercialized, are scheduled to be commercialized, have already been submitted for other contests, or works that have already won other contests.
・Works that miss/break a rule or miss a required part will also be disqualified.
・Works that the Sponsor finds disagreeable with adequate reason may also be disqualified.
(2) By entering the contest, winners agree to transfer all copyrights (including the rights stipulated in Articles 27 and 28 of the Japanese Copyright Act) in the prize-winning works to the Gintama Movie Production Committee and not to exercise their authorship or personality rights against the Gintama Movie Production Committee or any third party designated by the Gintama Movie Production Committee. The Gintama Movie Production Committee shall be free to use the work as it is or modify it for publication, e-books, anime, merchandise, etc. after notifying the contestant.
(3) Contestants will not be informed individually when the selection results are announced. The results of this contest will be announced on pixiv, the official website of Gintama THE FINAL, and their respective official social media accounts. Winners may have their entries, pixiv nicknames, and other related items to the contest posted to pixiv, the official website of Gintama THE FINAL, and their respective official social media accounts.
(4) Contestant agree that, regardless of whether or not they are selected as winners, all or part of their work, comments to their work, and pixiv nicknames may be posted on pixiv's official social media accounts such as pixiv's official Twitter and Facebook pages, as well as on Gintama official website and social media accounts. Some of the content may be adapted or modified.
(5) Contestants who remove their entries during the contest will forfeit the contest and their work will no longer be accepted as an entry.
(6) All costs incurred in submitting a work to this contest shall be borne by the contestant.
(7) pixiv Inc. will use the contest information solely for the purpose of communicating with the contestants during the selection process. pixiv Inc. will protect individuals’ information according to their Privacy Policy (https://policies.pixiv.net/#privacy).
(8) Winners will be notified via pixiv message. Candidates may also be contacted separately regarding the selection and award procedures. If winners do not respond within a certain period of time, they may not be able to receive prizes.
(9) This contest is not affiliated with Twitter or Facebook.


○ Disclaimer
(1) Contestants assume responsibility for their own submissions.
(2) The Company will not be responsible for any disputes that may happen between the contestants and other users, regardless of the reason. The contestants shall settle such disputes at their own expense and responsibility, and the Sponsor shall not be liable for any damage arising therefrom.
(3) The contest may be suspended or terminated in case pixiv Inc. deems it necessary for any reason, including system maintenance.
(4) The Sponsor will not be liable for any damages incurred by the contestants, including but not limited to damages related to the selection of the winners, contest interruption, suspension, or cancellation.
(5) The Sponsor's exemption from liability set forth in these Application Guidelines shall not apply if the direct cause of the damage is the Sponsor's intentional or gross negligence

○ Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The contest and its terms shall be governed by Japanese law. Furthermore, the Tokyo District Court shall be the mutually-agreed court for any proceedings, with jurisdiction for the preliminary trial in the case of any disputes over contest terms or matters between the Company and the contestants.
