○Eligibility
Individuals who are registered users of pixiv and agree to the points of this submission (companies and multi-person collaborations are not eligible)
※Minors should submit works with the consent of their guardians.

○Selection method
The entries will be judged strictly and outstanding works will be decided by the Identity V team.

○Participation method
Create works according to the themes of each category, set designated tags for each theme, and post them on pixiv.

○Notes
Please read all of the following carefully and confirm that you agree to all of them before submitting.
Works submitted in accordance with the method stipulated in the "Participation Method" will be deemed to have agreed to the terms and conditions by default.

(1) The following works (including pseudonyms) will not be reviewed. In addition, if the work is found to be within the following range after review, we may deny the submission.

・Works that infringe the ownership, copyright (including intellectual property rights), reputation, credit, privacy, etc. of our company, pixiv Co., Ltd., other users of pixiv, or other third parties.
・Works that are obscene, violent, discriminatory, or offensive to third parties.
・Works that violate public order and morals.
・Works that we deem unsuitable for public disclosure.
・Works that have already been commercialised, planned to be commercialised, have already been submitted to or won awards in other competitions, etc.
・Works with missing or wrong required content.
・Other works that we deem inappropriate.
(2) The copyright of the submitted work belongs to the contributor. However, the copyright of the works that won the Most outstanding, gold and silver awards belongs to our company. In addition, for the works selected for the Popularity Award, the contributors will authorise us (including additional rights) in a free and non-exclusive manner to use them in any form such as exhibitions and albums, regardless of the method.
(3) The winners will not exercise the rights of the copyright, including claiming the rights of the copyright against the company and any third party designated by the company.

(4) Participants will not be notified of the results of the contest individually. The results of this contest will be announced on pixiv, websites operated by our company, official social media accounts, and other media. The submitted works and their pixiv pseudonyms among the winning works may be published on pixiv official social media accounts such as pixiv official Twitter and Facebook pages, as well as websites operated by our company, official social media accounts, etc.

(5) Regardless of winning or not, entrants agree that the submitted work, work reviews, and pseudonyms on pixiv may be reproduced on pixiv official social media accounts such as pixiv official Twitter and Facebook pages, as well as websites operated by the company, books, etc. or display. The reproduced content may be partially adapted or modified.

(6) Once the submitted work is deleted, it will not be considered for selection.

(7) The company will not be responsible for any expenses incurred due to the submission of works.

(8) The company will only use all the information provided by the contestants when they submit their works for this competition and to contact the authors of the selected works. In addition, the company will handle the personal information of the contestants in accordance with the company's privacy policy (https://ir.netease.com/privacy-policy).

(9) For winning participants, we may contact you individually about selection and award distribution procedures. If you do not reply within a certain period of time after being contacted, please be aware that awards, prizes, or bonuses, etc. may not be awarded.

○ Disclaimers
(1) Participants are solely responsible for submitting their entries to this competition.

(2) The company shall not be liable for any disputes between contestants' submissions, selections, and any disputes between contestants and other third parties, regardless of the cause.

(3) If the company or pixiv Inc. deems it necessary to perform system maintenance, etc., this contest may be suspended without prior notice.

(4) The company shall not be liable for any damages suffered by participants in this competition (including but not limited to the interruption, suspension or cancellation of the competition).

(5) The company's disclaimers stipulated in this registration notice do not apply to the situation where the direct cause of the damage is the company's intentional or gross negligence.

○ Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Japanese law applies to matters related to this competition and this notice. For disputes arising between the company and the participants from this competition and this notice, the exclusive jurisdiction court will be the Tokyo District Court.
