Eligible Participants
This contest is open to all registered pixiv users who have read and agreed to the Application Guidelines. (Entries from companies and multiple creators will not be accepted.)
* Both professional and amateurs can enter
* Contestants of all ages can enter
* Underage contestants should obtain the consent of a guardian before entering

Contest Terms
Your submission will serve as an acceptance of the terms outlined throughout this entire document. Please be sure you have read them before submitting your work.

(1) If your entry, including your nickname, falls into the statements below, it will be considered invalid. Furthermore, if your work is determined to be in violation of the rules even after having been selected as a winner, it will be disqualified.

・Works that violate the ownership rights of Crypton Future Media, Inc., pixiv Inc., pixiv users, and other third parties; as well as intellectual property rights, including copyright, privilege, trust, and other privacy rights
・Works that contain obscenity, torture, discrimination, explicit sexual themes, and other elements that are potentially offensive.
・Works that contain gambling, politics, religion, tobacco, or elements that violate public order and morals
・Works that contain the name or other associating aspects from virtual singers other than Hatsune Miku, Kagamine Rin, Kagamine Len, Megurine Luka, Kaito, or Meiko
・Works that depict Kagamine Rin, Kagamine Len, or Hatsune Miku consuming alcohol (Including consuming food that would be alcoholic)
・Works that contain derived characters like Snow Miku or Mikudayo
・Works that contain original costumes Crypton Future Media Inc. does not hold the rights to
Example:
OK: Costumes worn by characters on official packaging, rearrangements of costumes worn by characters on official packaging, wholly original costume designs by the creator of the illustration
NOT OK: Costumes that have appeared in other works such as games, anime, or manga

・Works that Crypton Future Media Inc. or pixiv Inc. find unsuitable may also be disqualified
・Works that were submitted to another completed contest before the start date of this contest
・Works that have already been released as a product or are planned to be released as a product
・Works created for a company

(2) Contestants own all rights to their artwork/creations.

(3) Contestants will not be informed of the results individually. The results of this contest will be announced on pixiv. There is the possibility that the winning works will have both the post and pixiv nickname posted to both the Miku Expo and pixiv official social media accounts and homepages.

(4) Contestants, regardless if they win or not, may have their entries, pixiv nicknames, and other related items to the contest posted to Miku Expo's and pixiv’s official social media accounts, homepages, displayed at exhibitions, and other magazines or books. The work might be posted in part, adapted, or minorly edited.

(5) Contestants who remove their entries during the contest will forfeit the contest, and their work will no longer be accepted as an entry.

(6) Crypton Future Media Inc. will not be responsible for any costs contestants may incur during the submission of their entry.

(7) Crypton Future Media Inc. will use the personal information gathered in the contest solely for the purpose of communicating with the contestants. Crypton Future Media Inc. will protect the personal information of contestants according to their own privacy policy.

Disclaimer
(1) Contestants assume responsibility for their own submissions.
(2) Crypton Future Media Inc. will not be responsible for any disputes that may happen between the contestants and other third parties, regardless of the reason.
(3) Crypton Future Media Inc. and pixiv Inc. reserve the right to suspend or terminate the contest in case Crypton Future Media Inc or pixiv Inc. deem it necessary for any reason, including system maintenance.
(4) Crypton Future Media Inc. will not be liable for any damages incurred by the contestants, including but not limited to contest interruption, suspension, or cancellation.
(5) In accordance with the Application Guidelines, Crypton Future Media Inc. will not be responsible for any direct damages caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence caused during the contest period, regardless of immunity.

(1) If you have any questions or feedback about the contest, feel free to contact us.
(2) Please include your email address, nickname, inquiry, and the subject “About the Hatsune Miku Expo Rewind+ Illustration Contest" before submitting your support request.
(3) Replies will not be given to any phone calls regarding support issues.
(4) Replies will not be given to any questions regarding the contest results.
(5) Award winners may receive a message from pixiv to confirm their intention of accepting the award.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The contest and its terms shall be governed by Japanese law. Furthermore, the Tokyo District Court shall be the mutually-agreed court for any proceedings, with jurisdiction for the preliminary trial in the case of any disputes over contest terms or matters between Crypton Future Media Inc. and the contestants.
