We have released pixivFANBOX on December 1st, 2016 a place for creators and fans to connect directly.
pixivFANBOX is pixiv's new function for communication service for illustration.
■Characteristics of pixivFANBOX
Creators will start their service, ""FANBOX"" with pixiv and deliver paid content to fans. PixivFANBOX aims to become a source of information on various creative activities for each creators, such as reports of activities and release of limited works.
◯Supports wide range contents with function to post articles
In pixivFANBOX, with the article posting function, you can post not only illustrations, novels, and manga, but also contents such as video clips and music. In addition, you can select free / paid content and it is also possible to specify the privacy settings for each articles.
◯Article selling function: auto-renewal subscription/pay per article
Each FANBOX can also sell contents by auto-renewal subscription. Creators can select price from 500 yen / 800 yen / 1000 yen per month (tax excluded) and set contents and frequency of contents to be provided. Also, selling of past articles is possible by specifying the price for each of them.
◯Supporting fans outside of Japan with English / Simplified Chinese / Traditional Chinese translation
In addition to Japanese, we also support the translation of articles in English, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese by actively supporting creators approaching overseas fans.
*Fees may be charged separately according to the quantity of the translation.

By subscribing to creator's FANBOX, fans can support creative activities of active creators in various genres, enjoy limited contents delivered regularly, and have closer ties with the creators.
◯Examples of various contents that can be enjoyed with pixivFANBOX
Limited illustrations: enjoy seeing their latest and new works first. Members can view limited illustrations that are private.
Making-of: browse works such as doodles, sketches, and see creators' ideas and techniques that are not made public.
Limited goods / event perks: obtain goods limited to fans only and special event perks.
Courses / correction: receive direct guidance of illustrations or other works from creators.
Illustration Request / Q&A: interaction with creators is possible through asking questions and making illustration requests.

Currently, subscription fee is free of charge on the first month for the fans for all FANBOX. Please feel free to subscribe and enjoy our limited contents.
■pixivFANBOX function is scheduled to expand more
PixivFANBOX is planning to expand its functions in the future while releasing the creator's FANBOX. We plan to expand various functions such as pixivFACTORY / BOOTH, related services and operation.
