It's pixiv Secretariat.

The Pop Board function, that notifies you of users' reactions to your submissions and informs you about other users' activities, is about to be renamed. Moreover, new functions will be added.
The changes will take effect from October 17, 2017.

- About the name change

We decided to rename the Pop Board to make its function easily understandable to new pixiv users.
Before: Pop Board (rabbit icon)
After: Notifications (bell icon)



- About functional changes



1. A "Reactions" tab will be added

You'll be able to check all notifications related to your submissions (including new followers) in one place.
You can easily check the reactions to your work, even if you have a lot of notifications regarding the activity of the users you follow.

2. Image Response Requests & Illustration Usage Requests Notifications

The following notifications, previously displayed in the TOP Page of pixiv for PC and in the "Submissions List" section of pixiv for smartphones, will now be displayed in the Notifications list:
- Image Response Requests
- Illustration Usage Requests

3. A Settings screen will be added to the Notifications function in pixiv for smartphones

You can now manage the notifications you receive even on pixiv for smartphones.
You can manage your notifications through the "Settings" link in the upper right corner of the Notifications screen, or by tapping on "Notifications Settings" in the Settings page.
