About the malfunction:
For users who have never changed their e-mail notification settings on the mobile or desktop version of pixiv, the settings that should have been displayed by default as ON were instead displayed as OFF.
In addition, e-mail notifications were delivered regardless of the OFF status, as the displayed settings differed from the actual settings.

How to change e-mail notification settings:
