We are happy to announce that, as of May 2020, the number of translation collaborators for the tags that can be set for pixiv works has exceeded 12,000.

When the translation suggestion feature was first released, translation suggestions were only accepted directly on pixiv. Now, the feature has been moved to the localization management platform Crowdin.
Including English, Korean, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese, we have gathered translation suggestions from 11,369 users on pixiv, while our Crowdin project counts 763 members.

This is the 6th largest project on Crowdin, and the largest among the 24 projects in the social media category (as of May 25, 2020).

The translation suggestion feature was developed to make it easier for international users to find works. Thanks to the help of the many volunteers in our translation community, more than 60,000 work tags have been translated and are now available on pixiv.
pixiv's goal is to help people overcome language barriers and find new works to love by providing an accurate translation of the ever-growing work tags.

Due to other functional improvements, the number of users on pixiv is increasing daily. Japanese users increased by 10% over the previous year, while international users saw a 30% growth.
