Starting from November 19, you can search for Manga by their language on the mobile and desktop versions of pixiv.

About the "Search by language" feature
You can now filter works by language in the Manga' search options. Use this feature to find Manga in your language of choice more quickly and easily.

You can set a Manga's language when you submit your work.By default, the work's language is set automatically based on your normal browsing settings and past posts, but you can also set it manually.
As for manga works you posted in the past, the language is set only for those works whose language could be determined automatically.
