pixiv has updated the Privacy Policy as of May 28, 2024.Revision history
As previously announced, it is no longer possible to log in to pixiv and pixiv-related services with a password that can easily be guessed by a third party as of May 10th, 2021.
* These measures will be applied gradually to accounts.
If you're not sure whether your account is affected by these measures, you can check by logging in to pixiv with your password and seeing if any message displays.
Please refer to the following 3 patterns.
* If you use Apple, Twitter, Google, or Facebook to log in, your password will not be affected by the strengthening measures. As such, there will be no changes in how you log in, and you will be able to continue logging in with that method.
However, if you log in with your pixiv ID and password, it's possible that you may be asked to change your password.
