As of August 2nd, 2021, you can create timelapse videos showing your creative process for illustrations on the pixiv Sketch app.
This new feature is available on both the Android and iOS versions of the app, so please give it a try.
Obviously, your completed illustrations are works in and of themselves, but did you know that a video of your creative process can also be a work?
Why not try creating a timelapse video to share with friends, post to social media, etc to show everyone the love you have for your creative process?
You may even discover something you can apply to new works when you look back over your own timelapse videos.
■ What is the Timelapse feature?
A timelapse section has been added to your Settings. Using this menu, you can replay previews and save them as video files. You can also delete a recorded timelapse part-way through and pause recording. This is useful for when you want to record at each stage of your creative process.
The following app versions can use the Timelapse feature.
If you have an older version than the one below, please update your app before using the feature.
Android: version 8.5.0 and up
iOS: version 7.7.1 and up
