As of October 5th, 2021, we started redesigning the Newest by followed page on the desktop version of pixiv.
The redesign will be available to some people first, and then gradually to everyone.
With the new design, not only will you be able to display more works on one page, but browsing through pages will also get faster, and you'll find it easier to catch up with new content.
Furthermore, works on your Watchlist will be displayed too.
You can access the Newest by followed page by clicking on "See all" on the top left of that category in your home page, or from the menu on the top left hand of the screen.
