You will be able to open novels straight away on the pixiv app, starting from early March.


This update will be released in stages, so it may take some time for it to be available for everyone to use.
We appreciate your patience and understanding.


Up until now, tapping a novel would make the work's details pop up first.
With this update, you will be able to open and read novels straight away.

You will also still have the option to check the work's details before reading as before.



■ Adding a "See more" link to the novel works list


Along with this update, we will be adding a "See more" link to the novel works list.
Tapping this will display the work's details page in a pop-up window as it would before the update.

We have also repositioned the "Like" button to the bottom right, the same as for illustrations and manga.

■ Adding novel details to the novel viewer


You can now check novel details, such as its description, at the top of the novel viewer.
If you open the novel straight away, this is where you can check the work's details.

The following information will be displayed:

・Series title
・Title
・Tags
・Description
・Posting date
・Views
・Likes

* The cover artwork and Term conversion button will still be displayed
