This is a message from the pixiv team.

We have implemented some new options for our search function. From now on, you can specify your search string for both illustrations and manga. You may also narrow down your search options as well.  

■Search By Period
You can now specify your search with these options : [All]、[Today]、[Within a week]、[Within a month]  (Example of a "1 month" search）


■Search By Size
All works can be viewed with the following sizes : [All sizes]、[Small]（Below 1000px）、[Medium]（1000px～below 3000px）、[Large]（3000px and above）(Example of a search using "Medium size" option)


■Search By Aspect Ratio
Illustrations can be viewed by specifying the aspect ratio such as "Horizontal", "Vertical", and "Square".（Example of a search using "Horizontal" option）


■Search By Tools
Submitted works can now be viewed based on the tools used (Category names like SAI, Photoshop, Pixia, and IllustStudio are searchable)（Example of a search using Photshop" option）


■Search By Work Format
Since then, all submitted work are viewed in mix format (Illustration and Manga). With this option, you may now specify the format you would like to search on.（Example of a search using "Illust" option）


■Search Option
You may also search for more than 1 category, which includes keyword, time period, sizes, aspect ratio, tools and many more.


We are planning to expand our search feature even further in the future.
With these features, we hope you may continue to enjoy using pixiv even more in the future.
