Greetings from pixiv.
Thank you for using our service.
The pixiv High Schoolers Illustration Contest 2022 will start on Friday, July 29th, 2022.

▼What is the "pixiv High Schoolers Illustration Contest 2022"?
The pixiv High Schoolers Illustration Contest is a contest that has been running since 2018. Several popular creators even got their start through this contest. Each year a unique theme is set, and a final jedgement is selected through careful deliberations from our panel of professional creators. It is held every year with the goal of laying the groundwork for the next generation of creators.
The theme this time is "Journey". Five professional illustrators and seven companies acting in cooperation with this project will serve as judges. Monetary prizes and special awards from each company supporting this contest will be given to winners. There may also be opportunities to participate in future pixiv projects or visual creations. This contest's main visual is a new work created by last year's first place winner Shoichi (庄一).
Additionally, we will also be hosting the "pixiv High Schoolers Illustration Contest 2022 Special Summer Crash Course" along with this year's illustration context. pixiv, in partnership with Kyoto University of the Arts, four illustrators (Seiji Yoshida, s!on, Joze Shimazaki, and Ishida) will hold an online illustration seminar to give tips on illustration. There will also be a simple workshop, so please join. As long as you are in high school or 15-18 years old, you can participate.
Please check the submission guidelines on the contest page if you plan to make a submission.
We're looking forward to seeing everyone's fantastic illustrations.
