Greeting from pixiv.
Starting in September, we will no longer be supporting the pixiv app on iOS 12 and earlier to strengthen security and increase the range of features we can provide.
We plan on ending support in phases.
We ask for your understanding at this time.
If you are using the affected OS, you will no longer be able to update the app. We ask that you update your OS in order to use the app safely and enjoyably.
■ Affected OS versions
iOS 12 and earlier
■ Those using iOS 13 or later
You may continue using the app version of pixiv.
■ Those who can update their device to a supported OS version
We ask that you update your device's OS to continue using the app version of pixiv.
■ Those who cannot update their device to a supported OS version
You can continue to use pixiv through the browser version after app support for your version of iOS is discontinued.
If you log in from a browser to the pixiv account you were using on the pixiv app, the information from the pixiv app will carry over.
■ If you change the device that you're using
Once you install the pixiv app, you can carry over the information from your previous device if you log in to the pixiv account you were using on the pixiv app prior to changing devices.
■ About pixiv Points on the pixiv app
You cannot transfer your pixiv Points on the pixiv app to the browser version of pixiv.
You can only maintain your pixiv Points by changing to devices on the same OS.
*If you are using an iOS device and upgrade to an iOS device or if you are using an Android device and upgrade to an Android device, you can carry over your pixiv Points.
We will continue to try to improve our service so that we can satisfy our community.
Thank you for your continued use of pixiv.
