Thank you for your patronage with pixiv Premium.
We will be updating our credit card billing system for the pixiv Premium monthly plan from November 1st, 2022.

Changes to the credit card billing system
・Changes to the billing cycle (the timing of when your purchase will appear on your billing statement from your credit card company)

Reason for the change
・To list the fee you paid on the current month's bill, rather than on the following month's bill, as was done previously.

Points of note
・In conjunction with the change to the billing cycle, depending on your credit card company's closing date, temporarily, up to three months' worth of fees may be bundled into a single month's bill.
・As stated above, fees for multiple months may be charged in a single bill, but don't worry as no additional fees will be charged.
・There is no need for you to conduct any actions regarding this update. You can simply continue using the monthly plan.

◆ About the updated billing cycle
Due to updates to our credit card billing system, the billing cycle for pixiv Premium monthly plan will change as follows from November 1st, 2022.

■ Before the update:
Bill issued on the date of registration only in the month of initial registration, with subsequent months being billed mid-month in the following month.

■ After the update (from November 1st, 2022):
Bills are issued on the date of registration and on the date(s) of renewal for the current month.

◆ About temporary irregular billing
The following types of irregular billing may occur temporarily for a portion of users registered on the pixiv Premium monthly credit card payment plan.
Even if irregular billing occurs, users will not be charged any additional fees, so don't worry.



Case 1: For users who registered for the pixiv Premium monthly plan prior to September 28th, 2022.
October 2022 fee: billed between November 28th and November 30th.
November 2022 fee: billed between November 28th and November 30th.

Case 2: For users who registered for the pixiv Premium monthly plan between September 29th and October 28th, 2022.
October 2022 fee: billed on the date of registration
November 2022 fee: billed between November 28th and November 30th

*For both Case 1 and Case 2, bills for user fees will be issued on the date of renewal starting from December 2022.
*For both Case 1 and Case 2, if the fees for October 2022 and/or November 2022 were not billed properly due to a problem such as a credit card expiring, the bill will be re-issued from December 6th, 2022. If this bill also does not go through, don't worry as your pixiv Premium registration will not be terminated until January 10th, 2023.
*pixiv cannot offer information on the closing dates or withdrawal dates for the credit card you use to pay for your pixiv Premium account. Please refer to the help section on your credit card company's website.
*Even in cases where this update causes irregular bills or re-issued bills (as explained above), don't worry as you will not be charged any additional fees beyond your monthly user fees.
