【Contest period】
Friday, February 17th, - Friday, March 24th 2023, 11:59 pm JST

【Theme】
Draw illustrations based on each category's theme, tag them accordingly, and post them to pixiv.

1. New Costume Category
Freely draw new hairstyles and costume designs for characters from the game Epic Seven.

2. Fan Art Category
Freely draw characters from the game Epic Seven.

【Entry Format】
○ Creation/Posting Formats
■ Image Size
・New Costume Category: A4 (width 2,894 pixels × height 4,093 pixels)
・Fan Art Category: width 3160 pixels × height 1920 pixel
* For entries in the Fan Art Category, please place the character and important parts of the illustration in the center of the frame (within width 3000 pixels × height 1440 pixels)
■ Image size for web posting: any size is okay.
■ Number of posts: you can post multiple entries (however, you cannot post the same work multiple times).

* Winning candidates will be contacted via pixiv messages after March 29th. During the selection process, shortlisted candidates will be asked to submit the data for their entries in the formats listed below. The data submission deadline is April 2nd at 11:59 pm JST. Candidates who can not submit their data before the deadline may be excluded from the selection process. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

・New Costume Category
A4 (width 2,894 pixels × height 4,093 pixels), RGB color mode PSD file with the character(s) in a separate layer from the background

・Fan Art Category
Width 3160 pixels × height 1920 pixels, RGB color mode PSD file with the character(s) in a separate layer from the background


【Prizes】
・First Prize (one winner per category)
Cash prize: 500,000 JPY (approx. 3800 USD)
Epic Seven in-game prizes
- New Costume Category: picked up as a new character
- Fan Art Category: picked up as a title page

・Epic Seven Prize (10 winners from each category)
Cash prize: 50,000 JPY (approx. 380 USD)


* When winning entries are picked up for use in the game, the Company may re-draw or edit the entries to fit with the game's settings and overall style. This may result in major changes to the design, coloring, and composition of the original illustration.

* All winning entries may be used in publications, printed goods, in-game contexts, and other promotions, media, and merchandise related to Epic Seven. Works may be cropped for their use in promotional media.

* Contestants from outside of Japan are also welcome. If a winner outside of Japan is selected, it's possible for the prize money to be remitted to foreign bank accounts, but please note that the amount may be less than what's stated above due to remittance and handling fees.

* Your entry will be considered invalid if:
・It does not match the theme of the Contest.
・It does not have the Contest tag attached.
・The privacy level of your entry is set to “My pixiv only”, “Private”, or "URL restricted".
・It is a work created as a request by a third party (including request rewards).
・It has been posted outside of the event period or it is a reposted work.
・Rules listed in “Contest Terms (1)” apply to your entry or entries.
・It uses images or text that was automatically generated in whole or in part by AI.
