From June 29th, the new "reading progress" feature will start to roll out on the desktop and mobile versions of pixiv.
This feature will automatically save your reading progress in the novels you're reading so that you can check your progress from the list of works you're currently reading, and other pages.

This update is scheduled for gradual roll-out, so it may take some time before the update is accessible to everyone. Thank you for your understanding.

About "reading progress" on pixiv novels
This feature saves and displays your reading progress for each novel you browse.

When you read a novel, your progress will be saved automatically.
*Reading progress data will be saved only on your device and will not be automatically synced to other devices.

For novels where your reading progress has been saved, a colored bar will be displayed beneath the novel cover thumbnail, showing how much you've read so far.

When you open the novel again, this feature will automatically scroll down to where you left off reading.



How do I delete the reading progress for a given work?
You can delete your reading progress by deleting your browsing history.
In the browsing history page, novels tab, if you click "Clear history", your entire browsing history will be deleted, along with all the reading progress saved up to that point.
* "Clear history" is accessible to everyone, regardless of whether or not they are Premium members.

Can I change my reading progress settings?
You can change your settings with the "Reading progress" item on your user settings page.
If you select "Don't save", your reading progress will no longer be saved, and will not be displayed in the list of works you've browsed.
