As of September 15th, 2022, you can select a cover image for request terms on the desktop and mobile versions of pixiv.

When a creator is looking for requests, they can determine what kind of conditions or what kind of requests they want to be sent within their terms.
Until now you could only use text, but you can now also have a cover image with your sets of terms.
We hope that both creators and fans can enjoy the additional avenues of communication this brings by giving fans something to enjoy when they go to look at a set of terms and help them imagine what to request.
